All Time Best: Quotable Movie Character

When it comes to narrowing down the all time best quotable CHARACTER there was never a doubt in my mind.

Yet I hesitated…

While my champion was obvious, I felt like I needed to pay tribute to the all time best quotable actor.

Arnold Schwarzenegger

“Get to the choppah!”

Indeed, if this were a post about the King of the one-liners then there is no doubt who would reign supreme.

However, today is all about a single character.

One performance that stands above all others.  An impression that everyone has in their comedic repertoire.

Lloyd Christmas

“We got no food, no jobs… our PETS’ HEADS ARE FALLING OFF!”

“G’day mate! Let’s put another shrimp on the barbie!”

“Woah, Big Gulps, huh? Well, see ya later.”

“Why you going to the airport? Flying somewhere?”

“Cannot, triple stamp, no erasies, Touch blue make it true.”

“I got robbed by a sweet old lady on a motorized cart. I didn’t even see it coming.”

Still with me?

Jim Carrey’s hilarious turn as Lloyd Christmas was the first and only choice for this post.  Although some credit has to go to his counterpart Harry Dunne played by Jeff Daniels and of course, The Farrelly Brothers.

There are simply too many amazing funny quotes to name.

I can honestly say I’ve never quoted any single character more than Lloyd.

What’s your all time best quotable movie character?

PS: Is this the funniest movie moment of all time?
