The bench tester also contains a pressure source that helps produce a test pressure necessary for testing the instrument. You will find that most of the bench testers are fabricated, whereas some are also kept open. Most of the bench testers consist of pumps that are labeled for different kinds of uses.

Before calibrating a device, complete documentation of the device is done to prevent its historical records. All the records mentioned in the device are noted down on paper before starting the calibration process. Usually, the calibration records contain the data found in the device, the date of calibration date of final calibration, the name of the technician who carried out the calibration process, and the date of the next calibration.
